Country of Origin

Our products are shipped from China. This may affect shipping times and potential customs duties and taxes.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For customers in the EU: Orders to the EU may be subject to VAT and customs duties depending on the destination country and order value. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are payable upon delivery, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

For customers in the USA: Important: As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the USA are subject to customs duties and import taxes, regardless of order value. These costs are calculated based on product type, value, and country of origin. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are payable upon delivery, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

For other international customers: International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes, and local taxes upon receipt of their package. These costs are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.

Customs Clearance

Customs clearance may take an additional 1-5 business days, depending on the destination country. We have no control over the customs process or any delays caused by customs authorities.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the system.

Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the order date.
